Semiconductor Test Incorporated is a cooperative spin-off company from Northwest Test & Measurement. NW Test & Measurement continues a focus on general and specialized test and measurement products addressing the electronics industry.

STI's charter is centered around the semiconductor industry. STI's primary focus is on the back-end side of the semiconductor manufacturing process. Focused in areas such as failure analysis, device characterization, QA, reliability, packaging test/assembly, burn-in, product engineering, sort, production/final test and ATE.

STI's goal is to continue to be the premier leader in representing companies with solutions that address the rapidly changing and technologically demanding semiconductor industry.
